I have a true love for children and enjoy making a difference. I always try stay positive and persistent with my goals.<br /> I landed my first teaching job because I possess the these qualities; I am always positive and flexible when it comes to my students, classroom, and my school. Having confidence that I can undertake a challege is something that I strive for. I also feel like I am very understanding to my dynamic students and their individual needs.<br /> Finding a teaching job can be hard, but here is some advise to make it easier; never give up. If it is your dream and life long goal to be a teacher go for it. Understand that it is more important how you interact with the children and less about having the perfect lesson plan or activity.
